Biography

I have been teaching at Touro University California since December 2015. I coordinate the Medical Spanish courses. Clinically, I practice in urgent care and family practice. In my community, I volunteer with numerous local athletic and service groups, as well as the Medical Service Corps during emergencies. My research interests include how implicit bias impacts patient care, how school based health center affect student attendance and early childhood literacy. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and beekeeping.
