Biography
Shantell serves as the Executive Assistant to the Campus Provost, College of Osteopathic Medicine (COM) Dean, and Chief Academic Officer. With a background in higher education operations, program management, and process improvement, Shantell is passionate about creating efficient systems and supporting institutional excellence. She holds a Master of Science in Operations Management from South Dakota State University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, paddleboarding, and spending time with her family.
