Biography
Dr. Constance Earl, DO, is board certified in Family Medicine, Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine, and Breastfeeding and Lactation Medicine, and practised full spectrum Family Medicine including OB for 15 years. She is a professor in the Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine department. Her areas of clinical and academic focus are Osteopathic NeuroMuscular Medicine, Obstetrics and Peripartum care, pediatric OMM, integrative medicine, social justice, health equity, and reproductive health care.
Dr. Earl is co-founder of 360 Integrative Consulting, and former Chief Medical Officer of West County Health Centers (WCHC), a Federally Qualified Health Center in West Sonoma County, CA. As the Medical Director of Forestville Wellness Center at WCHC, she helped grow a stand-alone wellness center that offers a variety of shared medical visits and integrative medicine services. After completing her residency training at the Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency (SRFMR), Connie served as the Integrative Medicine Fellow at SRFMR; this fellowship is focused on providing evidence-based, integrative medicine for the underserved. During her fellowship year, Connie was instrumental in creating the inaugural 2011 and 2012 Integrative Medicine for the Underserved (IM4Us) Conferences. Connie has organized multiple national workshops on leadership, activism in medicine, and integrative health care; and she believes in the power of community.
