Biography
PA Ramsey Irizarry is a nationally certified physician assistant with over 20 years of clinical experience with a concentration in Internal Medicine, Women’s Health and Family Medicine. She also has over 20 years of experience in physician assistant education, which includes being the Director of Clinical Education at Barry University overseeing campuses in Miami and St. Petersburg, Florida and in the US Virgin Islands. She was also the founding Program Director of the San Juan Bautista Physician Assistant Program in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Her areas of interest in education include health promotion and disease prevention, clinical skills and reasoning, and academic and professional integrity.
