PharmD Students begin their Pharmacy Journey
On Sunday, September 15, 2024, Touro University California (TUC) College of Pharmacy celebrated a significant milestone for the Class of 2027 with their White Coat Ceremony. Thirty-six students, embarking on the rigorous three-year PharmD program, were honored as they donned their white coats, symbolizing the start of their professional journey into the field of pharmacy. Family, friends, faculty, and mentors gathered to witness this important moment in their academic and professional careers.

Major Grant Helps to Enhance Rural Health
Touro University California (TUC) was awarded a grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)(opens in a new tab) that will provide $443,000 annually over five years (totaling $2 million) to support Physician Assistant (PA) students' primary care training in rural and underserved areas, with additional focus with on mental health.
