Biography

In over 25 years in the public health field, Dr. Sharon O'Hara's research and practice interests have focused on community-based process, policy, and advocacy to address structural and commercial determinants of health. Her current research focuses on the impacts of regulatory policies and built environments on community health and violence. Sharon received Master and Doctoral degrees in Public Health from UC Berkeley.
