Biography
Katie Rolan has been a nurse for 15 years- working in various roles within Maternal and Child Health. She has worked as a bedside, PICU, NICU and PEDS nurse, as a Critical Care Transport nurse, in nursing leadership and in her current role as a Quality and Risk Nurse Leader. In addition to her inpatient roles, Katie has volunteered in Romania, Philippines, Togo, and Kenya in various public health and hospital environments. Katie has led research and developed educational programs in Maternal and Child Health in Kenya. Katie has also worked as a advisor in several bay area healthcare related start ups.
