Biography
Dr. Rosafel Adriano-Nogra is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in primary care, young adult health, and college healthleadership. She earned her BSN and MSN with a Family Nurse Practitioner–International Health emphasis from California State University, Los Angeles, andcompleted her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Maryville University of St. Louis in 2014.
She has 10 years of faculty experience teaching Adult-Gerontology and Family Nurse Practitioner didactic and clinical coursework at UCSF, Holy Names University,and Touro University. Dr. Nogra is currently Associate Faculty in the Touro University Family Nurse Practitioner program, where she leads and coordinates theObjective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) curriculum.
In this role, she oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of OSCE experiences to ensure alignment with national NP competencies and programlearning outcomes. She also develops standardized patient cases, faculty grading rubrics, and remediation plans, while mentoring faculty evaluators to promoteconsistency and reliability in student assessment.
Dr. Nogra brings a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning, professional communication, and patient safety. She is committed to fostering asupportive learning environment that uses simulation-based education and structured feedback to help students strengthen clinical competence and applyknowledge in real-world practice.
