Biography

Christina Marie Taylor is a seasoned health coach and wellness coordinator with a strong background in leadership roles within the biotechnology sector. Christina excels in operations management, team leadership, and process improvement. She holds a Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine with a specialization in Integrative and Functional Nutrition from Saybrook University and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from San Jose State University.

Christina is certified by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC) and has a deep, personal commitment to addressing grief. Her special interest lies in helping individuals navigate the complexities of grief, and she is passionate about normalizing conversations around this often-stigmatized experience. Through her work, she seeks to create safe and supportive spaces where people can fully express their emotions and find healing. Christina integrates her expertise in mind-body medicine with her dedication to grief coaching, helping others not only cope with loss but also find nourishment and growth in the process.

She is passionate about creating sustainable wellness programs that promote overall health and well-being, with an emphasis on holistic approaches that foster emotional, physical, and mental health.
