Dr. Shadi Doroudgar is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management at Touro University California College of Pharmacy. She teaches Touro University California pharmacy students in the didactic portion of the curriculum and during Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences.

Dr. Danielle Tran graduated from the University of the Pacific with the Class of 1987. She is a Pharmacy Manager at Safeway in Walnut Creek. In addition to her role as a practicing pharmacist in her community, she is also the Experiential Education Coordinator for Safeway NorCal Division.

Supporting Student Success: Touro Addresses Food Insecurity with New Food Pantry

In 2018, Touro University California (TUC) Paisley Rosengren, Director of Student Success began noticing that many students would come by the Student Affairs office and take large handfuls of snacks they set out. Rosengren became concerned that the behavior was indicative of food insecurity.

Osteopathic Physicians Recognized as Fully Licensed Physicians Equivalent to MDs in 47 Additional Countries

On November 8th, 2023 the International Association of Medical Regulatory Authorities (IAMRA) approved a resolution to recognize U.S.-trained Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DOs) as fully licensed physicians equivalent to Doctors of Medicine (MDs) or Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 47 IAMRA member countries
