Biography

Dr. Riemer is a graduate of the AT Still University College of Health Sciences/Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a rotating osteopathic internship at Tucson General Hospital, and neurology residency and fellowship training in neurophysiology at UC Davis Medical Center, Sacramento, CA. Dr. Riemer remained affiliated with UC Davis Department of Neurology for more than 25 years as adjunct, Professor of Clinical Neurology and practiced in Sacramento for 27 years before joining Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine as Senior Associate Dean. Honors have included OPSC Physician of the Year and former President. He currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Touro University Medical Group, the TUCOM Academic University Multispecialty Practice. In affiliation with St. Joseph's Hospital in Stockton, CA, the University Practice administers over four divisions including internal medicine, neurology, psychiatry and urologic surgery and participates in the educational undergraduate and graduate residency programs.
