MOBEC at the St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church

Services will include:

• A one-on-one interaction with each community member visiting MOBEC to assess risk factors for diabetes.
• Diabetes screening and individualized education to prevent and manage diabetes and prediabetes.
• Blood pressure screening and check-ups will also be provided.
