The Mobile Diabetes Education Center -MOBEC- is bringing diabetes awareness and education to the Vallejo Emmanuel Temple Apostolic Church Community Resource Fair!
Services will include:
- A one-on-one interaction with each community member visiting MOBEC to assess risk factors for diabetes.
- Screening and individualized education to prevent and manage diabetes and prediabetes.
- Blood pressure screening and check-ups will also be provided.
