The Vallejo Building Black Power Initiative’s second annual Black History Month Celebration featured a panel moderated by Dr. Gayle Cummings. Panelists included Black Studies scholar Kerby Lynch, Lorene “Lori” Allio of Fresh Air Vallejo, and Lauren Padilla-Valverde, Managing Director, Racial Equity, Culture and Practice, the California Endowment.
