The Mobile Diabetes Education Center (MOBEC) is bringing diabetes awareness and education to the Autumn Leaves Apartments residents!

Services will include:

A one-on-one interaction with each community member visiting MOBEC to assess risk factors for diabetes.
Screening and individualized education to prevent and manage diabetes and prediabetes.
Blood pressure screening and check-ups will also be provided.

Services will be provided inside community room
