MOBEC at the Joseph A Nelson Community Center

Services will include:

• A one-on-one interaction with each community member visiting MOBEC to assess risk factors for diabetes.
• Provide diabetes screening and individualized education to prevent and manage diabetes and prediabetes.
• Blood pressure screening and check-ups will also be provided.
