The Graduate School of Education (GSOE) programs at Touro University California closed effective December 2025 and are no longer accepting new students.

Touro University California continues to maintain the academic records of former GSOE students.

Former students and alumni may obtain:

• Official transcripts
• Degree and enrollment verification
• Diploma replacement requests
