Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25 President Michael Barbour participated in a Veterans Day Ceremony hosted by Touro University California on their campus, which sits on the former Mare Island Naval Shipyard.  The event was littered with poppies, and had a Canadian flare with the reading of “in Flanders Field” and the laying of a Royal Canadian Legion wreath.  Below are some of the pictures from the event.
