Functional Nutrition Is Our Aim
Our classes provide you with a better understanding of how nutrition can prevent and help manage chronic disease, build confidence in incorporating evidence-based nutrition and other lifestyle practices into your own or another's eating habits. Through the series and virtual cooking classes, you will have the opportunity to learn about the relationship between the biochemistry and preparation of foods that are conducive to health.
Get Cooking students may attend all three sessions or any collection of them separately. The sessions allow participants to engage directly with the chef instructor all while participating from the comfort of their own kitchens. Attendees will be divided into small groups, keeping the sessions informative, with ample opportunities for personal attention.
Several tasty but healthy meal options will be demonstrated and you’ll be able to ask questions in real time about ingredient substitutions, nutritional facts, and even a culinary technique tip or two.
