Experts to Share Integrative Approaches to Healthcare at Touro University California’s Integrative Medicine Symposium

(Vallejo, CA) – 

On Sunday, January 12, 2020, join Touro University California (TUC) for its Integrative Medicine Symposium where experts from around the US in the fields of Western, Naturopathic, Ayurvedic, Tibetan and Traditional Chinese Medicine will share evidence-based complementary and integrative approaches to healthcare. Integrative Medicine is a healing approach that considers the physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual and environmental influences on one’s health. The day will include workshops, seminars and networking opportunities and breakfast and lunch will be provided. All are welcome, but advance registration is required.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS: For clinicians, AMA PRA and AOA CME credits are available. 

COST: For students and community members, registration is only $30! For physicians and other healthcare providers interested in CME credits, there is a $125 early bird registration fee and a $150 regular registration fee. Early bird registration ends December 20, 2019.

WHY: Through a full-day immersion into the study of integrative medicine, TUC seeks to increase knowledge and equip clinicians by providing them with tools and strategies to more effectively incorporate integrative medicine into daily practice. Interested community members will learn holistic practices they can incorporate in order to lead more engaged, energized and balanced lives as well as help empower them through their healing processes. Experts from around the US in the fields of Western, Naturopathic, Ayurvedic, Tibetan and Traditional Chinese Medicine will be at the event.
