Vallejo pharmacy still offering vaccinations as demand dwindles

It’s almost been easier for pharmacist Artur Metu to administer 2,200 doses of the COVID-19 vaccines than it is responding to the doses of ignorance.

“If you want to talk about medical things, you talk to medical professionals. You don’t talk to the janitor,” Metu said. “People are standing on the corner, talking to the local rumor monger who is fed all these fantastic conspiracy theories. Unfortunately, the discussion climate now is not that of seeking information, but of enhancing one’s doctrine of beliefs.”
