Touro University Goes Virtual with Lamplighters

As tempting as it may have been to cancel, Touro University decided the show must go on as the third annual Lamplighter Awards goes virtual Thursday.

“It’s been challenging for everyone .. but it’s more important than ever that we recognize the great work that our institutions and nonprofits and community members are doing,” said Sarah Sweitzer, Touro’s provost and chief academic officer.
