While there are many diet trends available, it’s hard to know which ones are based on the best available scientific evidence. In “How Not to Die,” Dr. Greger presents what the latest peer-reviewed science is finding on how changes to diets can improve overall health and reverse the effects of common diseases, such as heart disease, the #1 killer among North Americans. TUC’s Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine Elective is hosting this presentation to help the public make more informed and healthier choices in the foods they eat, based on the best available balance of evidence.
