Interprofessional Collaboration for Diabetes Outreach (IPCDO) presents

Touro University California's World Diabetes Day (WDD) Celebration!

Date: Tuesday, November 14

Location: Lander Hall Gym

Time: Noon - 1pm 

The first 50 guests will receive a free WDD t-shirt! In addition, there will be complimentary games, refreshments, and a raffle! Do not forget to wear blue for the group photo in front of Lander Hall at 12:45pm! 

Not a IPCDO member? No worries, as this event is open to all programs, faculty, and staff! You can receive a lifetime IPCDO membership for only $10, just fill out the application form below and send it to rachael.mullin@tu.edu. Being an IPCDO member is a great opportunity to connect with our community outreach events! 

Want to participate in our World Diabetes Day Song Competition? See the details below. 

We also would love for individuals who possess awesome lyrical skills to devise and write a catchy tune that will help inform everyone about diabetes and its prevalence in the local community and global world! Showcase your skills and combat the stigma and symptoms of diabetes by writing a great song. The top three contestants will receive prizes such as a $50 gift card! The top contestant will also receive the honor of having the song being performed at the event and having it posted online! Additionally, the other contestants' songs will also be displayed around the campus for World Diabetes Day. You can email your lyrics to rachael.mullin@tu.edu or andy.chan@tu.edu.
