Webinar: Trends in STD Epidemiology & Treatment Guidelines with Dr. Susan Philip, San Francisco's STD Controller - Review highlights of San Francisco STD epidemiology, with a focus on helping clinical providers understand which patients should be screened for STDs; Review key aspects of the revised CDC STD Treatment Guidelines released earlier this year, along with some clinical pearls and tips for the diagnosis, treatment, and follow up of STDs.

As Director of Disease Control and Prevention, Dr. Philip oversees population level clinical and disease control efforts for all Communicable diseases. She is also the STD Controller for the City and County of San Francisco. Dr. Philip is board certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of California, San Francisco and is an HIV primary care provider at San Francisco City Clinic.
