Join us for yoga! This Tuesday 3:30-4:30 in Rm 212. Yoga is an ancient Indian practice involving stretches, or asanas, combined with breath and meditative awareness to facilitate development of the mind/ body/ spirit connection in a fun and invigorating way. Yoga is a great way to decrease allostatic load, balance the autonomics, increase flexibility and fitness, and reconnect with yourself. No experience required.
